Debate, City Creek, and Countdown to Christmas!

Thursday I had my first debate tournament! The event I compete in is Lincoln Douglas Debate. I love it! I placed 1st-which came as a complete shock!-and was so excited. :) My next tournament will be on January 4th, the day after I get back from Christmas break... that should be interesting!
Last weekend my parents went to California for my dad's work party... So Campbell & I got to stay at the Austin's! (Thanks so much!)
On Friday night I got to spend some time at a friend's birthday party! It was so fun to get to join the celebration- especially because I hadn't seen most of the people that were there in such a long time!!

Oh... and another great thing about City Creek... there's a Chick-Fil-A at the food court. I don't think I can explain how much I love Chick-Fil-A to you. :) It was amazing.
Sunday I went to Midway 5th Ward as a visitor! Crazy, I know. It was so fun to get to visit with everyone again! :)
I'm psyched for Christmas break!! I just have to survive a half of a school day... then I won't have to go back until January 3rd! Woot woot! :)

Had, be honest. You don't ever "forget" your coat, you just like to go on strike for winter and don't wear a coat. :)
